Denise in the foremost recognized expert on Section 8 housing. 

She works with the investment community and the Public Housing Authorities to find quality affordable housing for Section 8 as well as conventional clients.  As part of her on ongoing efforts to promote self-sufficiency Denise mentors women by teaching them how to realize their potential following a clearly defined plan of action that consist of spiritual,  business, and mental balance.  Her passions for serving lead her to become a volunteer for children.  Denise is a proud CASA (Court Appoint Special Advocate)   http://www.casahelpskids.org/  and encourages everyone to give of their time and resources to this organization.  

 Denise has published a comprehensive tutorial on the HUD Housing Choice Voucher program titled, Section 8 Made Simple, A Guide For Investors.”
